Word to PDF: Vezlo only uses the Word documents and DOCX files you choose in the app. These files are used to convert them into a PDF. Avoid selecting files that you do not have the right to process.

This Privacy Policy explains how Word to PDF: Vezlo handles information when you use the mobile application.
File Processing
Files you select are uploaded securely only to perform the requested conversion. They are processed automatically and permanently deleted immediately after processing completes. We do not retain selected images or generated PDF files in persistent storage, logs, or backups.
Saving and Sharing
After processing, you can save or share the finished file from your device.
App Permissions
The app does not ask for broad access to your photos, files, camera, microphone, or device storage. You choose the files you want to use.
Ads and Purchases
The app can be downloaded for free. It may show ads to support free usage. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or process device identifiers, including the advertising identifier, approximate location derived from IP address, advertisements viewed, app interactions, crash information, and performance information. This information may be used to deliver, measure, personalize, secure, and improve advertisements and may be used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies when the user permits tracking. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier is subject to App Tracking Transparency permission. Users who decline tracking may still receive non-personalized or limited advertisements. Store Providers
App downloads and store account services are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play when you use those stores. The current app offering does not include subscriptions, free trials, or lifetime purchases, and we do not receive your full payment card details.
Data Retention and Deletion
Selected files are deleted after processing is complete. If you contact support, we retain your message only as long as needed to answer your request and maintain support records. You can request deletion of support-related personal information by contacting [email protected].
Security and Data Sale
We use reasonable safeguards for app-related information and do not sell personal and sensitive user data. If a feature uses a network service, data is transmitted using secure transport where supported.
